At VI.XVII Cosmetics, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We are happy to accept unopened, unused, products for a refund within 30 days. If you need to return any open products for a valid reason (i.e. allergic reaction), you must contact us within 14 days for authorization to receive a refund.
